Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on Firm's Financial Performance

Corporate Social Responsibility has been broadly defined with its different constructs and its significance in the corporate world. This paper puts forward the study of corporate social responsibility and its impact on firms' financial performance with a perspective of Pharmaceutical Industry. All the firms in pharmaceutical industry were observed for their CSR activities and financial performance for Karachi. The statistical tool applied was independent sample t-test to compare the means of two samples which are independent of each other. The results evidently depicts that there is no significant relationship between corporate social responsibility and firms' financial performance.
