This is an exploratory approach based on primary data, collected through survey method by distributing questionnaires to women entrepreneurs in district Quetta. Employing snowball sampling method for cross sectional, data gathering, which is empirically analyzed by correlation and regression technique. The results highlighted the impact of socio-cultural factors, education, experience, and lack of finance on women entrepreneurship in the province. The findings underline the need of microfinance institutions (MFI's) to develop improved strategies that encourage women business development, ultimately contributing to poverty reduction and increasing economic independence among women entrepreneurs of Balochistan.
